"I was on hold for 30 minutes without speaking to a real person. When I drive to the pharmacy (32 Street & Union Hills, Phoenix, AZ), when I got there at 8 pm was told the pharmacy was closed, yet, I was STILL on hold. Unacceptable practice!"

"The pharmacy staff is awesome at this store. They helped me move some prescriptions around when I could figure it out on the CVS app. (I am not tech savvy...) The pharmacists were so helpful! Thank you!"

"Don’t waste your time at this pharmacy. They consistently don’t have my prescription ready when they state they will. Today when attempting to transfer a prescription from another pharmacy, the pharmacist tried, got distracted, and then didn’t get back to it before the other pharmacy closed. Now I will go the weekend without my medication."

"I think the CVS pharmacy is doing great. They are constantly busy and working hard, which is very appreciated. The pharmacist is great, and ready to answer any questions. He seems to be very attentive to his job. The pharmacy technicians listen to my questions and are also very attentive. There were three people there today (one of them being the pharmacist) and they were super busy with people coming in and out. I think they did great considering they seemed to be understaffed."
