"This is a CVS located in the Target store. You can use your Target card here but they will not ring up anything outside the pharmacy. The employees are sometimes very helpful and some are not very helpful, depends when you go and who waits on you. The CVS pharmacy is just like any other pharmacy outside the Target. If it is extremely convenient then use it but other than that I would just use a regular CVS or other pharmacy."
"Staff is unprofessional. Waited while one staff member finished whatever she was doing on her phone and the pharmacist seems to just stand there and stare instead of engaging with customers! The quality has really gone down hill!"
"I've put in a complaint/report against Daniel Thai, the pharmacist, with CVS and the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy. The pharmacist states out-loud what the medication is for and even asks "where" or "what" the medication is used for. Violation!! He gives "medical advice" to customers and questions what MDs are prescribing to their patients. A pharmacist may have a doctoral degree, but they ARE NOT a medical doctor. DO NOT QUESTION my physician and DO NOT STATE MY MEDICAL NEEDS/PRESCRIPTION OUT-LOUD. The pharmacist works at a CVS Pharmacy, not a clinical pharmacist, consultant pharmacist, or any other specialized pharmacist. He may know, generally, what the medication is for, but cannot give medical advice. I have lawyers (my husband and myself), doctors, and pharmacists in my family/friend group. I know EXACTLY what they can or cannot do. I've stopped by the place several times, but will not be coming back. Edit: A team member reached out and was incredibly dismissive. Kept saying that the pharmacist is soft spoken. He missed the whole entire point!! If I can hear a soft spoken talk about people's medical needs, THEN HE IS NOT SOFT SPOKEN. The team member needs to be fired too."
"The pharmacy staff is consistently helpful and pleasant to work with in sorting out prescriptions. They always go the extra mile to help you receive the information you need and the best price available through the means available to them, in my experience. I rarely shop Target, but make a point of using this pharmacy because of their clear commitment to customer service."
"The nicest pharmacists are here. Even though I've moved 12 miles away, I still get my prescriptions filled here. They've prevented some serious drug interactions from happening when I had more than 1 doctor prescribing medications to me. They've also helped me identify when I'm allergic to medicine & which one it was when taking multiple antibiotics from an animal attack."
