"I work as an agency med tech in multiple AL communities this is my first experience dealing with this pharm ....it leaves a lot to be desired. Cycle fill is rarely complete and when you call for supplements you get a bunch of attitude. Some drugs are consistently difficult to get stocked and who ever heard if a facility pharmacy who doesn't have STAT drivers at all times. Long live salibas."

"Worst company ever. I have been battling for 6 months to recieve refund for a prescription charged to me in error. I will continue to fight to get my money back but they don't respond or cooperate properly. If zero stars was acceptable in a post that's what they would they would get."

"They’ve sent my bill to collections twice. Upon a full investigation through my health and pharmacy insurance Omnicare of Chandler NEVER sent a claim to my insurance for my prescriptions. They did not bill me at the time of service either. Unsurprisingly they have been sued by the Feds for fraudulent claims as of December 2019. I will be taking legal action."
