"UPDATE: got home and realized we were given someone else's pills. We returned them and they acted like it was no big deal. Let me bet that they don't throw the pills away that we touched but give it to the other person -- as is. OP: Won't answer the phone when the doctor calls or hangs up on them or puts them on hold until it disconnects. Disgusting lack of ethics!"

"I honestly don't know how this place stays open. Everytime you go there's a different pharmacist working, no one ever knows what's going on, they'll randomly closed during normal posted business hours with no notice (meaning you just can't pick up your refills), they're also closed right in the middle part of the day, and even when there's no line at the counter you'll still be stuck waiting 30 mins, minimum. If you have any self-respect you'll go to a pharmacy that pays enough to maintain a good employee pool, because clearly this place doesn't. Throwing them 1 star because they're in a good location (and because Google won't let me go any lower)."

"I have constantly had bad experiences with this pharmacy but nothing to make me switch my prescriptions anywhere else until today. It all started with a phone call to the pharmacy and I was on hold for 20 minutes, and then without even getting an answer the call ends and I was hung up on. I believe this was done so they can turn off their lines for lunch and not have to answer another call. Then once I was finally in contact with someone, I tried to give my new insurance information which I was told I can’t. And that was her answer to my QUESTION about the information she was asking for! And when I asked if I can wait and speak with someone else, who may be more willing to help me, I was denied. In which I said “have the day you deserve.” And hung up. Currently working on switching to my local grocery store to pick up my prescriptions instead. Super insulted and irritated."

"Dont ever come here for vaccination. Unnecessary delay and wait time. When I came here for my boostet dose, only I was here for that. Therr were around 4 staffs were present. It took 30 minutes for them give the documenta to get signed. Then another 30 mnts for real dose. The pharmacist was not even boathered about me. Totally disappointed with their approach. So pls dont come here for any vaccine related stuffs."

"This place is generally pretty good. They were pretty busy today, which I get. However, the pharmacy needs to at least work on their communication with customers. There was a hold on my perscription and I could not get a hold of anyone for hours. They were just straight up not answering the phone for HOURS. I was on hold for a couple. Drove over there while on hold. Expressed my disappointment and then JEN starts gas lighting me. Lying to my face. Jen was very unprofessional and needs to work on her customer service. Deescalation..not escalation like she was doing. She was extremely rude. Kerstin and the others are fine. Work on customer service Jen"
