"I drove my neighbor to this Walgreens to pick up her prescription. She had all her teeth removed and was in serious pain. They told her they were out of her pain medication (Vicodin) but that they come in the next day. So the next day comes and the exact words told ", We are getting your prescription ready, but you can't pick it up till tomorrow! This type of service is deplorable, the people that work the pharmacy need sensitivity training. For a senior citizen to be treated like an addict over pain medication needed is just an abuse of power over the weak. This place needs to be closed down, cleaned and employees who took sensitivity training put to work here. A high number of employees here have serious empowerment issues."

"The worst service here. My Rx are always being canceled because I have no insurance but I always pay for my prescriptions. I went for my diabetics sencor and the pharmacist tried selling me the ready that he said I had to buy because you can't use my phone like the freestyle libre that the 2 i had to buy the reader and it was $400. He's a liar and he even changed my rx reader one to the 2. I had a prescription was for the freestyle libre one not the 2. You don't need to buy the reader for the freestyle libre 2 I have been using my smart phone and it been working fine. He should be fired."

"Always ready to help me..go out of their way to take care of what I need even to call other pharmacies, my doctor's office & health insurance while I'm there..very pleasant, informative, patient & always making sure I understand what they're explaining to me..I feel like I'm the one & only person they take care of always & the way they attend elderly people it's awesome... & Wonderful on the phone..all of them especially Maria & & Esteban keep up the good work"

"I called the pharmacy and the tech told me a 2 hour wait for my meds asked why and she started snappedat me then when i asked for the pharmacist she hung up on me called back and rhe pharmacist got on the phone he started snapping telling me i need to calm down then he hung up on me as welk they are gonna have a huge law suit on there hands and i will be filing a formal complaint with the corperate office on them i really want to sue them for misconduct"

"This Walgreens pharmacy location is the absolute worst! I went to pick up three prescriptions and the girl told me they didn't have any of the three prescriptions. I asked her which other Walgreens to go to that does have them, and she proceeded to tell me none of the Walgreens had any of them, and to try another pharmacy like cvs. She wrote the rx numbers down on the back of a receipt then sent me away. I went to cvs, the Pharmacist was extremely helpful, got the prescriptions filled only to find out my insurance didn't cover it. We were both shocked at this Walgreens pharmacy for not even taking the time to view my insurance before transferring the rx's over. One is a controlled substance so now my doctor has to send in a new prescription. I've been out since 11 last night trying to get my medicine, and it is 1:04 A.M.! The inconvenience that girl has put me through, while I am in extreme pain, completely disgusts me! Come to find out, a Walgreens three miles away does have all the prescriptions and that employee lied to me! I am beyond disgusted with the pharmacy tech, if I ever see her face again, she will be getting a peice of my mind! Stupid, stupid girl! She should look for another job if she is that damn lackadaisical, and uncaring for people's health and well being! This isn't something to mess with, when someone comes in, very clearly ill and in extreme pain!"
