I have been using this pharmacy for over 15 years and always had excellent customer service. The manager helped me navigate the many vaccines I needed for my overseas travel. I even call them and have prescriptions ready for when I arrive back in Goodyear."
"Made an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine. Arrived early and got checked in in a timely manner. Then waited almost an hour just to get an injection. Then had to wait the additional 15 minutes after. Totally unacceptable customer service. Don’t offer appointments if you’re not going to honor them."
