"Shout out to Derek at the pharmacy today in Christmas day being kind, professional helpful and amazing to every single person that went through the pharmacy today! A lot of people decide not to work the holidays and he woke up today to help all of the people that needed their medication‘s I am so grateful that this pharmacy is 24 hours and that they have hired competent and wonderful people like Derek! He deserves a raise and a huge praise! Thank you for all your help! He was also working with another sweet lady, I didn’t catch her name but she was also sweet and professional!"

"I send in a script from my dr. It says it’s ready I go to pick it up and they refuse then In front of everyone asks if I’m a type two diabetic I say no and they say I’m using the medication illegally. How embarrassing to sit there and by following my dr orders I get ridiculed and told to go to another pharmacy in front of the entire waiting room. 1 year and they have never been able to just fill a script. I’ve been told it’s the computer, the website, the internet, we are just to busy, and now I’m doing something illegal. Best to cut losses and time and just go to Costco which are a lot more polite or even just go to walmart!"

"Well I know why the rating is 2.5. I scheduled my meds to be delivered same day and paid extra for it. Well they didn't show up. I went to go pick them up myself after them not showing up at the house the next day. The lady was not nice at all and did nothing about refunding the delivery charge. Yes its only 7 dollars but I paid for a service that didn't happen. So the way I look at it is take that 7 dollars and find out how many 7 dollar charges were taken without service provided across the country in a year. Your welcome Walgreens. Nothing you can say or do can cute this problem now. I'm done with you thieves. Again nice rating. Your doing a great job! 2.5 is pure garbage. I'd fire everyone in the dump."

"The pharmacy drive thru staff could use some inservice on customer service and adjusting tone to reflect common courtesy. My tweens in the car called their behavior today “interesting,” which they’ve only ever said at the zoo. Miss the southern gentleman pharmacist who knows how to speak kindly for no good reason except it’s the right thing to do."

"I have been coming to this location for the past 5 years and they seem to be going downhill fast. I called today to verify if my son's medication would be ready today around 2:30 pm and they told me it would be ready for pick up in 45 minutes. I sent my mother-in-law over there to pick it up around 315 pm and she was told they don't have it available. They would have to call around and see what other Walgreens has it in stock. This would have been nice to know when we called the first time. This is the 3rd time they have told us to come pick up medication around a certain time and it is either not ready or they do not have it available. They never call us to let us know and when the only reason we find out it is because we physically go down there to pick it up. I hope a manager reads this complaint and tries to correct whatever issue or person that is causing these inconveniences."
