"Went in for online vaccination appointment on Saturday 2/17 1:00pm, patient forms filled online. When arrived, was told by pharmacy technicians that they are too busy to give me the shot. This is not acceptable in my opinion, either you close the appointment slots or text, email it’s cancelled. Horrible experience"

"Don't rely on there app or internet to check stock. There not on top of there game. Such an inconvenience,especially if you can't call and your on the go. UPDATE YOUR STOCK AMOUNTS"

"Takes forever to get a refill that is well within the time for renewal. I place the request , the next day they say when it will be ready. I go after that said time and I still have to wait for them to fill it eventhough my Walgreen pharmacy app says it's ready. Really thinking of switching to a different Walgreens or a cvs...not happy at this location where we use to live on union hills and 59th Ave that Walgreens was great , never any issues but this one is awful."

"My monthly prescription is never ready on time. I will stop by, they will tell me to come back in a few hours…every time. I try to call ahead of time to check on the order or give them a heads up I am coming in and am always left with a robot assistant. I have tried to ask them how we can do this better so I am not wasting time every month, nothing has changed. Switching to a new pharmacy."
