"2pm, 3.9.23 Location was at 10% capacity and Desiree took 13 minutes to take my order, 30 minutes to deliver the food and the food came out cold, other customers were complaining about server. I blame poor management, manager and Desiree need to be fired."

"4 of us dined in tonight. Ordered two steak dinners. One was undercooked and the other was way overcooked. My son ordered an omelette and half of the filling wasn't even in it. I ordered the crazy spicy skillet and that was really good. Our server barely paid attention to us. Took 20 minutes to even offer a drink refill. She brought 3 meals to the table and then proceeded to stand around and talk to coworkers while the other meal was sitting in the window. When you pay good money you should at least get decent service. Mind you they weren't busy so no reason for poor service"

"On Friday, January 19 order a Denver omelette as I was eating an omelette something did not taste right, so I had to look inside an omelette. I do not know what this is taste nasty, and it look like it should not be inside of an omelette. As I’m calling Back to make a complaint, they keep directing me to a number that does not work telling you to call back press two all this I don’t know why you guys are avoiding the problem or the issue when you guys make the food I will be coming in today to show them this and I’ll be keeping it Customer service trash Still did not talk to a manager because she said this was a existing order, which doesn’t make any sense, but you can call there to order food. What’s the point of have phones."
