"I've had this company for 7 years in the Green Valley area and the inconsistent pick ups are irritating along with rude truck drivers. I've made multiple complaints and have requested so many missed up picks that I'm sure the nice customer service lady knows me by name. The company expects me to pay my bill on time every quarter and I expect my trash to picked up on time regularly. Even when they announced a delay for the next day it's still not picked up until the following week. Hopefully I can switch companies within the next month because I can't take the constant delayed pick ups anymore. On a positive note the customer service over the phone has always been super nice."

"Beware that if you choose to cancel any service, they will charge you $35 to pick up your can(s). So if you are choosing to save money by canceling your recycle pick up, you will have to pay to have them pick up your container and it will take two cycles of billing to recoup the pick up fee. Absolutely ridiculous."

"Great company and trucks! I am very interested in trash trucks and i love to talk to your drivers and i like to make videos of them picking up the bins. Which is cool to watch. I am also good friends with some of your supervisors in Tucson as they have been very nice to me!"

"We have lived in Vail, AZ for 2.5 years. Republic started out a bit tough with lots of missed pickups and multiple calls to gain credit back. Within the last year, I have seen a significant change! Communication if they are unable to pick up and they fix it real quick. Dedication during bad weather and courteous drivers. I appreciate it all!! I have not had to make any calls in a very long time! Well done!"

"As much as I enjoy being able to have my trash taken away every week, I think it’s time to change my pickup day, because your driver has been a day late for 5 weeks now. Just make it Friday, but don’t tell your driver. Simple fix. Our HOA is probably fed up with people having their cans out for numerous days. The last pick up was 2 days late."
