"The pharmacy in the Fry's at First and Oracle in Oro Valley is great. I've always had great service from the staff who are very friendly and helpful. I've had scripts filled as well as gotten vaccines there. Highly recommended."

"This is about the pharmacy, not the grocery. I liked that they had the COVID booster available within a day of the announcement of expanding to front line health care workers and scheduled the appointment. But I ended up walking out without getting it because it was so completely disorganized. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment and waited 20 minutes behind a single customer having a prescription filled. Yes 20 minutes handling the customer ahead of me, and it took two people at times. The woman handling the computer just didn’t seem to know what she was doing, and ended up soliciting assistance from her co-worker while checking me in as well. She asked me the same questions I’d answered online (allergies, insurance provider, etc.). And the physician/pharmacist/technician who would have been actually administering the vaccination even joined in but seemed equally confused even about what type of vaccination I was getting (again, booster, as noted on the appointment). And after all that there would have still been a wait behind other people - which means they had to have been waiting there at least 25 minutes already since I waited 20 behind the one person ahead of me. I guess I shouldn’t expect them to handle it like a CVS or Walgreens but I did and I was not happy at all about the experience and won’t go there or any other Fry’s for vaccinations of any kind. They just don’t seem set up to handle it."

"I just had a tooth extracted and a lot of bone grafting because of the hole the abscess made to my sinus cavity. The pharmacist had an attitude. I got the lecture on not getting addicted to the pain medication. He was very condescending and rather rude. Made me feel belittled as if I was a child and I'm almost a senior citizen. Shameful. I will not be returning. The only reason I gave two stars here instead of one is because the girls are so friendly. The Pharmacist should follow their lead."

"I went recently. It was fast and there was young man there that helped us out immensely. I cannot say what he did, but it was so amazing and his courtesy was above the grain. Even the pharmacist's customer service was stupendous. I am glad I go there, but I only hope I run into them again. You never know what you get, but this time, it was a fantastic experience. It's the rude and annoying older folks that try to push their way through everyone that brings this Frys down. I love when the snowbirds leave!"
