"Not general insurance office on this address?!!!! Connected to insurance it’s so default too!!!"

"The worst insurance there can be. You can only hire services from Monday to Friday during office hours. They don't have people who speak Spanish. You want to add a car and it won't let you. You call to be extended for medical problems and they don't give it to you for a single day longer than they tell you the day. My extension was for the 5th and my check was for the 6th and so they took away my insurance, then not even 8 days and you get an extra charge of almost 30 dollars because they are very cool and threaten to send you to collection. Second week you receive a notice from your car agency because they have already informed you that you do not have insurance and another problem and before 3 weeks you have already received the notice from ADOT that your registration is suspended. I have had much better insurance companies where they don't do this. I will not return to you, I find much better and cheaper insurance elsewhere, not like you who charge me little to enter and before 28 days they charge again and more. THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH INSURANCE IS WITH YOU!!!!!"

"First of all just want to thank you guys for being an amazing insurance and getting my back this past year I've been homeless and going through it and doing everything I could to make sure all my insurance payments are paid on time I'm now running out of time I need to get tags for my car I don't know what I'm going to do when the State of Arizona is police force is after me and I'm offering no guidance or help to see me through so if I'm not able to make my payment for the new year coming up I apologize and thank you again so much and if you don't hear from me again it's most likely because they locked me up for no apparent reason because they don't understand why I'm homeless Ty happy holidays"

"There's no office at this location. Even though it says there is. I believe it's a made up address just to advertise on Google. "I drove across town for nothing" As far as I know, it's all online. There is no local office. Needless to say, I got auto insurance elsewhere.."
