"Great experience from walking in the door with the reception to the end. I love the friendly vibe of the office. Dr Musicant is professional and caring. This was my first visit but have no complaints. I didn’t have to wait too long. The young lady did a pre screen and immediately after, the doctor showed up. We went over any issues and he offered suggestions. I like his style and being a person not overly accustomed to the medical establishment, he and his staff were just what I needed. I feel lucky to have found him."

"My husband has Dr. Musicant for PCP for a few years. We have had an ongoing problem with pharmacy not allowing us an asthma inhaler without doctors approval. We recently tried to get this prescription filled before our vacation and even after a week were unable to get it approved. I even spoke with his assistant Michelle explaining the urgency for this product. We ended up getting it another way at our vacation spot. We will be choosing another PCP. What a let dowm!"

"Excellent, dedicated, kind, caring, and knowledgeable Dr. and on site staff. Telephone responsiveness does need improvement.. but as a retired RN., and Medicare evaluator at one point, you can't go in and tell the medical staff to order scans and tests. You need to stop that.The insurance will not pay unless he/she has gone through the other evaluations and/or tests first, or YOU will be paying the many thousands of dollars for that scan, MRI.etc. you think you need, when you may not... not your insurance or medicare. You are not a Dr. Be nice to our dedicated health care providers. They work very hard and don't have to come to Green Valley. They are very much appreciated elsewhere."

"I was a patient of Dr. Musicant's for years. He was a good doctor until my case got complicated. He was probably doing the best he could with that fact and the fact that he was very busy. My main issue does not lie with him, but the other staff members. Nurse Martha (I'm not sure if she is there anymore I haven't been back in years) was repeatedly combative, dismissive, and did not focus on what I went there for. Along with this there was constantly a new nurse practioner in training. Most of them were ever worse. One literally rolled her eyes at me and raised her voice when I tried bringing up complaints. She told me that I didnt need any of the tests I was asking for or any treatment for it becahse I apparently didn't have the illness (which was wrong). She refused to look at my chart and tried to pin everything on a smaller issue that wasn't related. When nurse Martha came in she backed up the aggressive student. Nurse Martha has argued with me, rolled her eyes at me, and has refused to treat me or send me to specialists as well. The office staff doesn't send the few referrals the docors order, ignores patients as they're standing there, hangs up on them, and is EXTREMELY rude and combative. I left two stars instead of one because Dr. Musicant himself wasn't as bad as these other "practioners" but even he didn't send me to specialists when I needed to go to them. He and Martha did not order tests or anything that I needed 85% of the time. For your safety stay far, far away."

"Dr Musicant was nice, but they are incredibly overbooked and the receptionists can be very rude. You can't get an appt within 2 months. My wife once tried to get an ASAP appt when she was sick and they said that they would call her back. They never called back. Then this last time after we waited over two months for our appts, my wife was twenty minutes late because our child was sick and then she had a low blood sugar. They didn't care. They told her that she was too late and tried to give her another appt 2 months away. Before going here, ask yourself this: what good is a doctor that is to busy to see you when you're sick?"
