"For many the Hospital is not the most pleasant place to go. The staff at the Siena campus can at least make it a more pleasant experience especially since you market that the hospital was named after Saint Catherine of Siena. On the website you praise how she devoted her life to prayer and caring for the sick and poor. The staff is far from that and Saint Catherine would agree with my own personal experience. Many people are going to this hospital because they need help with something health related and in my case my wife was is going to give birth next month. She gave birth to my son in 2021 and we were more than happy to go back to give birth to our second child in April. With that in mind I wish the office people took more to heart and would explain things with care and patience. It's stressful thinking about how much you have to pay to give birth. Many people are tight with money. Kind of ridiculous how rude the financial advisor for the hospital was. Very cut throat and rude. Almost felt like I interrupted her lunch and her meal was more important than listening. We waited probably for 20 min and had a less than 1 min conversation with her. All they care about is getting their cut from insurance and getting paid. So much for being a non-profit hospital, didn't feel that one bit that you cared. Left the hospital with a bad taste in my mouth. Way to go Siena Campus!"
"I am currently in this hospital and I have never been treated so horribly. My nurse is snippy and rude and hateful. She’s blown out veins on my arms and was rude towards my husband for just standing there with me. I have been sitting for 7 hours in a hallway now. Not even a room. Here’s the kicker. I need emergency surgery. Nobody here cares. My nurse has been scrolling through social media and texting most of the time I’ve been here. I should never have come here and I will NEVER recommend this hospital to anyone ever again."
"I want to give this hospital a 5 star review since they went above and beyond my expectations. My baby was sent to the NICU when he was born, he stayed there for 4 days. He had respiratory issues. The nurses in the NICU specially Sharon, Connie and Ophelia were attentive, kind and professional. They took care of my son as if it was their own. They were so comprehensive and patient with me and my wife. We were so nervous and worried since it was our first baby and they were there for us all the time with words of hopes and encouragement. They made us feel like family. I can’t express into words how grateful I am with these people. Excellent human beings."
"In January 2024, I had a total knee replacement at St. Rose Hospital, which was done by Dr. Tait, who has been simply the best along with his staff and cannot forget a special thanks to PA Nelson. To the entire staff of the hospital, I wish to sing their praise to all who will listen. This was absolutely the best experience one could possibly have considering the circumstances. From the moment I arrived until the time I was discharged; the staff members were true professionals and most of all friendly. The room I was in was perfect and someone was always only seconds way if you needed anything. And not once did I ask for anything it was not done with a smile and friendly voice. As for the hospital food, it may not have been 5 stars but was more than suitable. I think only the last lunch before release would I consider subpar, otherwise everything was fine. I even asked for additional food for breakfast, which was gladly provided. I do want to recognize some of the nursing staff that took care of me during my stay to include Helena, Jennifer, Kaye, Janet, Arlene, Kay; and if I miss anyone, I apologize. Again, thank you for making this a pleasant and stressful-free operation and stay. Finally, this was the second time within 18 months I have been operated on for my knees at this location and the first operation was also handled in a professional and exceptional manner."
"One of the best hospitals in town! I just had my total hysterectomy and the staff that I met in the hospital were amazing! RN Kara,Krystal, and CNA Jane were amazing and took good care of me."
