"New Office visit was billed as a mental / emotional disorder and now my insurance won’t cover it. Can’t get any clear answers besides P3Medical Billing Department telling me the diagnosis codes were input correctly. My insurance says otherwise and I am now the middle man going back and forth between the two trying to get answers. All I need is my PCP to resubmit a new claim with the correct diagnosis codes for a simple New Patient Office visit. Apparently it’s the patient’s responsibility to investigate and correct everyone else’s mistakes. I’m about to drop them and my insurance provider completely if this doesn’t get taken care of soon. What good is either one of them and how much do they really care about their patients? Unbelievable."

"P3 medical group never teach there employees that they have to do there job , it’s my 2 time I go to lab work and only 2 test shows ( they told electronically send ) and where other 15 test who knows . I spoke to old manager and of course she blamed on labs people that they are doing bad job . Now it’s 1000% that nurses that work are lazy and they just want to seat and collect there hour pay . Please please stay away from this corporate medical group . Doctors are don’t care and nurses care less."

"DONT USE THIS NETWORK. THEY SCREW YOU FINANCIALLY! While I love my physicians, P3 as a network is garbage. I met my out of pocket in September last year, since then all my visits after that when they remit payment they still say I owe the copay…I DONT! Their claims department won’t talk to me because I’m not a provider. When some of the providers willing to call their claims department they told they can’t speak to them because they’re not the member. It’s been hell since September trying to get my copay’s straightened out. I can’t wait to be able to get rid of them at the end of the year. It’s very unfortunate to put your patience thru this P3"

From booking my appointment to the actual visit, every person I had even minimal interaction with was kind in a very genuine and personal way, and I felt very confident in their knowledge because of how thorough their questions were and how long they spent with me. I felt safe in their office, and I really appreciated the questions on their forms that took note of their patients' mental well-being and how safe they feel at home. They also were able to book me right away, *and* didn't make me wait long at any point during my visit."

Time and showed the intrest in us as she did. In fact the whole staff were outstanding. I'm very happy with Ms Bryant service."
