"I have called everyday for the last month to renew my health insurance with DES. Between my husband and myself we have heard “due to high call volume we are unable to take your at this time” and the ONE time we got through after an hour hold the office hung up on us. I have pictures and videos of how HORRIBLE they’re service is to their residents."

"The child support section in this office is terrible. I was the only one in line in the morning when the representative came and she didn’t even acknowledge me she went about her business and ignored me the whole time and then she walked off. The sweet women who was giving information at the front guided me to a phone to give them a call to a DCS number and the women on the phone hung up on me twice. After that no one even came out anymore"

"I need to email the document instead of having to take the time to go to the location but just in order for me to find out or make sure that my document does get received I will have to go in person but I see no email that I can send this to anyone who can update my information with having that letter requested"

"Good luck getting help with child support enforcement! 21 years later, owed 97,000 and they will do NOTHING to enforce! Not contempt of court though it isn't and hasn't been paid for years! Not license suspension, nothing! And who suffers? The children. But apparently that's ok by them. Truly sickening. And good luck having a case worker respond to even an online inquire. Told they were FINALLY working my case for contempt a year ago. I have heard nothing since!"
