"I lived in 2062 for 9 months till June 2023. Everything was new, I loved living there, however, the tenant below me was horrible. I got a note (attached) even before 2 weeks moving in. I did not even respond to her note, but I started getting many noise complaints. I got a call from the office for vacuuming the floor at 2 pm, my kid running at 7 pm, etc. One day the tenant downstairs was poking the floor (her ceiling) for an ordinary noise... The office staffs are great. I did not have any problem living there except this tenant below us, who does not understand a daily life noise at all. Possibly, the floor/ceiling is thin. I did not hear anything from the wall. It's not possible to pick your neighbors. So, it is better to live on the 1st floor!"
"Bottom line - don’t lease an apartment here. I consider myself to be a responsible renter, but I have been penalized at every opportunity for simply being a tenant. If a fine doesn’t exist, they will surely find a way to create it. With the cost of rent at an all time high, most cannot afford to be billed for addition fees they weren’t expecting. Don’t bother discussing with the office - they will blame you anyways."
"No one answers the phone. Leasing staff not friendly. The only friendly person was the manager. Every one else acts like you’re bothering them asking to be shown apartment. I made an appointment to see the 1- bedroom only to find out the office was closed. Yet kept getting texts telling me to they were ready for my appointment. I drove from North Scottsdale to this appointment and no one was there."
"I would advise highly against moving into this complex if you have more than one vehicle. While they provide you with one reserved covered spot, (which is great, if you get lucky on the location) any other vehicles you have are required to be parked in an uncovered spot… if there are even any available. Most days after 3:00 all uncovered spots are already parked in, and you must go through two gates to the other side of the complex.. that is, if you can find a spot over there. Most nights, if you are home after 5:00 there will be absolutely no spots available in the complex and you will be forced to park your vehicle in a fire lane and hope management doesn’t have it towed in the morning. Worse yet, you have to PAY a monthly fee for parking, yet none is provided. What does management do? Absolutely nothing but shrug their shoulders and offer the solution to park somewhere outside of the complex. If you only have one vehicle, the amenities are very nice and the apartments are up to date and great floor plans."
"Toured here a couple weeks ago and signed for an apartment that will be ready at the end of this month. We are super excited to move in and call this place home! The staff was super helpful and nice during the tour and process of signing paperwork. The amenities are another HUGE plus to this complex. Indoor basketball, 3 pools, racquet ball, pickle ball, tennis courts and a really nice gym. I have never seen an apartment with this many amenities for a reasonable price. The location of this complex is really nice as well. They’re building a ton of new shops/restaurants nearby! Check this place out if you’re looking for a new place to live! Update: We mixed into our apartment about a week ago now and love it! There are a couple downsides I would like to mention though. We were told by move in the dog park and the pool would be open and neither of them are open yet. The pool appears to be done so I’m unsure why that is not open. The dog park is still under construction so I understand why it’s not open yet. There are also a lot of bugs around and inside our apartment. I would like to mention though that the complex has been very responsive and even had pest control treat our apartment the same day which was nice!"
