"We have been renters from On Q for a year and it has been a great experience! We have rented from a couple companies prior and it was as good as you could expect, but this experience with On Q changed our standards and expectations completely! The home that we moved into was a new build so as expected it had a few things here and there that needed adjusted but overall the home was great! The only issue really was the AC unit. In Arizona the AC is your life source and come May when we started to notice that it wasn't working. The temperature quickly went to the high 80's low 90's inside. On Q was very quick trying to fix it and apologetic. We had maintenance out at our property within a day maybe 2 days max to help us and every maintenance individual that we met was so kind and comfortable to be around. This issue did continue for a month or a little more until the root of the problem was found but through out the entire time On Q had consistent and sincere communication. It was no fault of On Q for the AC problem but the made sure to have the home as comfortable as possible for us during this time but providing a portable AC unit and compensation for us not having a home that was comfortable to live in. Aside from reliability my biggest thing that I look for in a company is communication, as our last rental companies would not reply for weeks at a time. We worked closely with a few individuals, mainly Elissa, but no matter who we reached out to there was always very quick responses. From the start to the finish of renting with On Q it was a very comfortable, simple and enjoyable experience. If we did not have to move to another state for work, we would have absolutely stayed in the property we were at and rented from On Q for many years to come. If you live or plan on living in Arizona I would recommend giving On Q a try! Thanks On Q!"
