"We have only been here a few months, but we love it already! We first met Chuck and Jami when touring the property. They are friendly and answered our questions honestly. (Bonus, our dog LOVES them and takes us to the office to visit them for treats often!) We had some maintenance issues upon moving in that were quickly fixed by Joe on our first day. Victor was quick to come by lately when we had a couple of minor repairs needed. The apartment itself is comfy and the split floor plan gives us both the privacy we need. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, has beautiful views of the lake and dog friendly walking paths."

"It is a great place to live. The rent is affordable. The apartments are cozy with washers and dryers in unit! Good water pressure. I love how green it is! I've seen a lot of complexes that are basically just concrete. The abundant trees give a lot of shade. There's grassy areas, 2 pools and 2 barbeque areas. The lake and friendly ducks are such a treat. All of the maintenance men are super friendly and one even works in Sundays! And the best part are Jami and Chuck in the office. They are the warmest people. They are animal and kid lovers! They really listen to you. They set me up with the perfect apartment! So thankful to them for helping me find the perfect home for my family."

"For me... Serena Shores has the feel of Resort Living. My view across the lake is of well maintained million dollar homes. The grounds here at Serena Shores are well maintained with green grass and mature trees and great amenities. The location is within walking distance of Dana Park Shopping, restaurants, a movie theater, Walmart and easy access to the 60. The staff is friendly and available. Jami, Chuck, Kristin, in the office and Diego, Joe and Victor in maintenance. They always have a smile and are here to see that we are happy. I have lived here at Serena Shores for 8 years and will renew my lease in a few months. It is a safe and peaceful place to call home... And I do! :)"
