"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are not accredited and it is a scam. Met with Lance and he had a hard time even getting into the property. You would think a property manager would already have access to the home. He tried to charge me prepaid for 8 months while only crediting me for 7 months. Uses Google voice as a contact number (big red flag) and when I asked for a legitimate number he refused to provide one. His "business address" is non existent.. doesn't even show a store front... and when I called him out on it, he stated that he works out of his home. Very unprofessional despite his claim of having been doing this for 16 years... he refused to meet at the property to exchange cashiers checks/ keys and instead wanted the exchange to be done at a Dennys parking lot. When we showed skepticism and doubt, he became upset and kept hanging up on us. Started ghosting us once we mentioned law enforcement. No longer answering my phone calls. Very much a scammer. I'm just happy we found out before paying him a large sum of money. Once again DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LANCE DMYTROW"

"I came into business with this company when the apartment I lived in at the time was sold to a new owner who used this management company.... At first contact I was asked about any problems with the place that needed resolved. I made sure to let Lance know about the rodent infestation that we had been dealing with for at least a month at that point (this was October 4, 2020) he let me know that they would be taking care of it. The beginning of December came a d we were getting ready for Christmas and still no efforts had been made to fix the infestation other than what we had done ourselves,but we still had not gotten them gone, and the mice ended up chewing through wires in the walls which touched and caused us to have a house fire, which started while myself and my 1 year old baby girl were there alone. At that point we had to stay in a hotel, which he finally paid us back for 5 months later, and he did end up moving us into another apartment which didn't have rodents, but before we could live there we had to get our own carpet for the bedroom (which only had a cement floor with carpet glue randomly over it..) and we had to clear out previous tenant belongings along with clean everything ourselves without compensation. On top of this we were informed that the deposit we had paid when we moved in was non-existent. So we still had not recovered that money. And when we moved to the valley after that he was our property manager again, he got us into a place and 6 months later (beginning of December again) he informed us we needed to move.because he wanted to sell the place. This man with this company has ruined the most joyous time of the year for my family for 3 years in a row. I would highly advise to steer clear of this crooked guy."
