"I must say that the apartment is comfortable. Everything is remodeled. The only issue is the quality of the closet doors. They’re made cheap and stick so you have to almost pull your arm out of the socket to open it. The big issue on why I am writing a review is that this apartment complex is filled with wandering stray cats. To the point that my nerves are bad. Every time I look around I see another cat jumping out of a hiding spot. Or running under my car. This is a lot for a person that doesn’t have a good relationship or association with cats. I shouldn’t have to live this way."

"I recently moved into Azul and it has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is attentive and quick to respond! I want to thank all of the office gals and the maintenance team as well, Fabian in particular. I ran into some minor issues that were out of their control and they all went above and beyond to help me find a solution. The property is very well-maintained and overall I’m very satisfied with my entire experience. I want to thank Jill for being so kind and with that helping me choose Azul."

"I couldn't be happier with my experience at Azul. This place has truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and I am sad to be leaving such a great community! The office staff here is absolutely amazing. They make you feel like part of a community by greeting you by name every time you walk in. It's a small gesture, but it goes a long way in making you feel welcome and valued as a resident, especially in such a large community. They are always friendly, approachable, and ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Jill, Michelle, and Stephanie are the best! Maintenance is another standout feature here. I've never experienced such efficient and thorough service in any other apartment complex. Whenever I've had a maintenance request, they've been incredibly prompt in addressing it. Plus, they take the time to explain what they're doing and why, so I now feel confident I can unclog a disposal or clean out a dryer vent if the situation presents itself! Overall, this has been the best apartment I've ever lived in. The fixtures were well-maintained, new, plush carpet was installed prior to move-in, and the paint job was far from the typical "landlord special" I'm used to seeing. I don't think I'd ever live in an apartment that wasn't a Mark-Taylor again. I can't recommend it enough."

"We’ve really enjoyed living here at Azul at Spectrum. The maintenance staff has been so helpful with minor issues (drain backup, dishwasher filter, AC filters, and sensor batteries) as well major issues (appliance replacement). The community events have been so fun with a movie at the pool with snacks for the kids. The property is well kept and my guests are always complementary of the grounds. There’s no way to give five stars with a major mosquito issue (including indoors in my unit) and a feral cat issue (the complex has a plan but removal is not an option, they’re in the dumpsters, use the kids’ playground wood chips as their litter box, and get aggressive when approached late at night). Again, the maintenance staff has been wonderful and are so appreciated."
