"Response: again, it was the poor communication and not answering any texts/calls for a few questions for me. I applied for a little home here and got a few text messages asking for more info and then was told I was denied for credit. (Understandably) but I had my fiancé apply with me as he would be on the lease and had better credit. I also texted them stating I had co-signer and got no response. I tried calling a few times and got no answer or call back. The process of applying was easy but the communication with them not text/calling back to answer a few simple questions in my opinion was very unprofessional."

"I loved living here for nearly 2 years! When my husband (then boyfriend) were looking for a place to move in together, we found it to be nearly impossible to find an apartment that allowed 3 cats and 3 vehicles. Not an easy ask! We didn’t love apartment living with noisy/dirty hallways and loud neighbors so we were ecstatic to discover the village at Hampton court a few months before they were done being built. Not only was it super cool to be the first tenants in our place, having our own little home was amazing! Teri, the property manager, is really responsive and helpful and you can tell she cares about the tenants. Pros: - Location - 3 pets allowed - No carpet at all - New appliances/finishes in kitchen and bathrooms - Garage - Outdoor gate leads to walkway along the canal - On site maintenance (Carl is great!) - Gated community Cons: - Tandem driveway meant playing musical cars frequently - Shared wall with neighbor’s garage can be noisy sometimes - No community pool or areas other than dog park and small playground - No dumpster. Had to only rely on 5x weekly trash and recycling pickup. Overall, we really loved living here and highly recommend to those looking to live in a house without the cost or stress of homeownership!"

"Went to check this place out. Was excited to see the large floor plans with backyards as I have a Golden Retriever. When I arrived, the lady was not kind. Constantly interrupted me. I told her that I was not looking to move until the end of the year and she laughed and said "Oh, I only have 5 left now I'll have nothing by then". I explained this was okay as it will be about 9 months until I move, she proceeded to tell me that people began renting in November 2020 so she won't have anything available until then, sorry.... I said "so yes, you very well could have availability by then." I was very confused by her statements and blatantly telling me to buzz off with my business. When I asked about their pet policy, she told me they do not allow dogs over 40 lbs. I told her I have an ESA Golden Retriever who is not an optional pet for me to have. She told me regardless of the ESA animal, they do not allow dogs over 40 lbs. I am pretty sure it is illegal to deny an individual their ESA animal under the ADA. Also, what kind of pet policy is this? Did they build their foundation on toothpicks? Why does it matter that my dog is 60lbs and not 40lbs??? So odd. I quickly realized this place was not for me. I will happily take my business elsewhere. Rude staff. I walked out going thinking "they know they're supposed to be like selling this place to me right?". Quite an odd experience. I don't suggest visiting their leasing office."
