"New to the park but so far so good. New Park manager Christina is very friendly, responsive, & organized. Maintaince is always around keeping up with the place & have always been friendly as well. Other tenants and owners seem to take pride in their properties & keep their spaces neat. Rules seem pretty run of the mill & I'm happy to be here."

"Do not move here. After 6 and a half years of living here, the new manager (the angry heavy-set woman) has driven us out (along with a few other tenants and friends). She drives around the property looking for tenants to harass and invade their privacy. She constantly abuses her power and is unfit to be the lot manager. She is quick to threaten eviction when the tenants do not bend to her will. New rules are always being implemented by this lady but ironically do not count towards her or her family. Do not make the same mistake I have or others made in renting or buying here."

"I lived here with my family for 5 plus years. We moved in when it was pretty run down so we had to do all the cleaning and maintenance at move in. We fixed holes in walls, painted interior and exterior of home. We installed doors, base hordes, toilet, sinks and much more. Over time of course due to no management help. ( prior management) The whole time we lived there we had dogs. When new owner Stewart I believe came in he said we had to move out due to the no large dog policy. We attempted to fight it and come to compromise to no avail. We always paid on time. Kept up on the home. Only thing we ever called for on maintenance was the AC always going out. Well I recently went to Las Casitas to see and I drive past MY home and what do I see a large dog on the front stoop on a chain. Larger than my dog. They took this home from my family because it was already updated and improved so they could sell it. They obviously had to do more updating, there was still more to do. I would not recommend buying from these people. I know my own fault for putting money into something I did not own, I just wanted to make a better place for my family."
