"So we moved in when it was Arrive at fountain hills, and it was an amazing experience, but it soon after become a Mark Taylor community, and ohh my goodness it has been an amazing experience! I have 2 daughters and since Mark Taylor works with “Apartment life” and they organize community events, people here at Luna actually get the chance to know each other and their neighbors! My daughters absolutely love getting the new monthly calendar that comes out from our apartment life group! The only reason I give a 4 is because we had our air conditioner go out and it was about a week till it was fixed, and it got quite warm in here, and with a 1 year old it was a very long one week! Everyone is extremely nice and here and the staff id extremely friendly! When it comes to the holidays, Mark Taylor is extremely generous and really look after their residents, well, all the time, but during the holidays as well! I do love it here and it truly feels like “home”! It is quiet, and clean around! If you have a problem, or need help with maintenance, the maintenance staff is on it! They are quick and reliable!"

Lisa, the Manager here is very professional and extremely caring about her work at Luna. She gets the job done with a very friendly attitude, and goes above and beyond for us tenets . She believes in a good quality of living for us at Luna. The Mark and Taylor management team , Nicole Specially, have chosen well with appointing Lisa as our Manager! The new social activities here, are so refreshing. And appreciated ! Also, Lisa’s assistant Emily is just as wonderful! Along , with the rest of her staff! "Love our new home! Fountain Hills is such a beautiful, quiet community, yet with SO MUCH going on. The Luna apartment community (formerly called Arrive) is within walking distance of Fountain Park, the Community Center and library where most of the action occurs. There are also lots of restaurants, stores and other conveniences close by. The residents at this community are very friendly. I love the way so many of them look out for each other. This is a pet-friendly community, so there are lots of furry friends, too! It's been neat having a Luna-specific communication platform to send messages to other residents and get announcements from the office. We are looking forward to getting to know more of them through the events planned for each month with Apartment Life. The amenities here are nice. Every apartment has an assigned covered parking space near our front door. We've enjoyed having a washer and dryer in our unit, rather than having to take our clothes to a laundry room or a facility off-site. There's plenty of equipment in the fitness room and you have access to it 24/7. The pool is great for cooling off from the heat and the view from the deck is spectacular--you can actually see the Fountain when it shoots up at the top of each hour! There's a kitchenette and space for events in the clubhouse lounge. And there's a dog run for furry residents. Valet Living trash service picks up our rubbish five days out of the week, so we don't have to take it to the dumpster. The office staff are so sweet and helpful--all very patient with us newcomers who have so many questions. The maintenance guys are hard-working and quick to respond to any issues we've had. The grounds and facilities are nicely maintained. The leasing prices are comparable to what we have seen elsewhere, but you get a lot more square footage than other properties we considered. I highly recommend this community!"

"Valentines was amazing this year! Arrive Fountain Hills provided dinner and drinks with a #paintnight #arrive #cruisinwithcanvas Travis and Allison are excellent property managers and care about our lifestyle and well being. Shawn and Tony have diligently been working on upgrading our property including new shower heads, smart doors and facets, beautiful new lighting and more. The pool is a luxurious hangout spot where you can BBQ and relax with friends and family. It's no wonder this is a place you cannot wait to #arrive , there's no place like home!"
