"UPDATE POSTED 5 days after original review: changed review from 3 to 1 star,message to management: “fixing it” as you replied 3 days ago doesn’t count if you just take away the trash can entirely. Solving the issue means taking out the trash or replacing it more than once every 3 weeks, not TAKING THEM ALL AWAY. There are already bags of poop where the trash can used to be, it’s just going to mean the property has loose bags of poop everywhere. I feel bad for who has to clean it, if I was an employee I’d be mad knowing all they had to do was add another trash can or change the trash more often and instead will have to clean up loose poop. HEALTH HAZARD. The point you guys are trying to make is only making it harder for you, just have a normal amount of trash cans and empty them when they get full. Management is being PETTY ORIGINAL: The place is nice and the property and pool are great but the very few trash cans they have around the complex are almost always overflowing with bags of dog feces, being anywhere near them smells horrible. Wish they’d add a few more bins and/or take it out more often cause it seems unclean and dirty seeing them always overflowing"

"I called and made an inquiry about corporate leases and there leasing agent had no clue if they offered this or not. She said that they would get back to me. After that call an automated emailing service which I thought was a real person (Quinn D Logan which it was not its a "bot") continued to pursue me day after day. I then responded and asked if they did corporate leases in which they replied with a yes. They even set up a time with me which was on a Saturday only to find out that the leasing office did not receive an appointment with me AND they dont do corporate leases. I had to drive over 30 minutes over 25 miles to this appointment and it didnt even exist. Heather the community manager also gave me an attitude. Ive also heard from tenants while I was there knocking on their leasing office door that this place is questionable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT, THEY WILL LIE AND WILL ATTEMPT TO GET YOU TO COME IN AT ANY COST!"

"This is one of the best apartment in every way. Very clean, safe. Situated in very nice place. You have everything near by. You will never think of moving out or finding another place while you are staying here. You have everything you need. Maria in Leasing office is awesome. She was very helpful from the time I moved in. Management is so good. They are always ready to help you if you ever need anything. You don't have to remind them about anything twice. If you need anything or any Maintenance, just let them know and they will schedule it right away and it will fixed in no time. There is 24/7 Maintenance available and they will answer your call for sure. They will let you know in advance by email and text message before any maintenance takes place. No surprises. Surroundings are well maintained. Neat and clean. Pools are well maintained. Flexible lease terms. Safe covered parking. Friendly neighbors. Polanco will always be my first go to place to stay. Thank you for everything you have done."
