"Never actually got in to see the doctor, but his staff is seriously lacking. I called to set an appt to establish a pediatrician for my son. The rude lady who answered the phone stopped me as soon as I said this would be for a new patient and interrupted, "You can't just schedule an appt. You need to pick up a packet, fill it out, and return it to the office first; then we can schedule an appt." The office is closed by the time I get off work, so they sent me a packet to fill out, which didn't arrive to me until my husband happened to be home while the mail was delivered, and we had to pay the postage due. Weird, but ok. By this time, over a week had passed. The next day, I called the office to ask if I could scan or fax the ppw over so I didn't have to leave work early, and once again the office staff was rude, and told me that I had to physically bring in the paperwork. So I left work early to drop off the packet and NEVER HEARD FROM THE OFFICE TO SCHEDULE AN APPT. despite being told I would hear from someone within a few days. I ended up taking my son to Joshua Tree. In, out. Done."

"Dr. Khan is an absolutely wonderful doctor and pediatrician. Yes maybe he doesn't spend a ton of time in the room, but why does he need to? He has loads of others patients to tend to, and if your child is healthy and has been checked out properly, he'll send you on your way. No need to stay for extra time. Remember, other patients to tend to. Little story, the day my son was born he came in the room the next morning around 4:00 am to check on us. Just to make sure he was completely healthy, and make sure I was doing okay. Asked if I needed anything. Then told me to give his office a call as soon as I was able to schedule my son's first appointment. It was kind of him to check in on us, to care. He wasn't on shift yet and could have came later on or not at all, but he decided at that time to stop in. He's an amazing doctor/pediatrician, and person! Thank you Doctor Khan for always taking great care of my children."

"Never had an issue with the Dr. He's always been great. The snotty office manager will be the reason no one returns. Had an appointment, it was canceled by someone other than myself with no explanation and did not want to resolve the situation."

"I took my newborn here and Dr Khan was short with me and my husband and a bit rude. We shrugged it off thinking he just had a bad day. Made another appointment for his one-month check up and he didn't wash his hands first. So I asked if he could wash them and he said he did before coming in. But he still had to open the door and touch door knobs. So I asked if he could wash them for me again and he would not. He was short with me and slightly rude. A few weeks later, I brought my baby in for an urgent matter. He checked out fine, but I had a question. I wanted to see if he had a tongue tie because he was having issues breastfeeding and it looked like all the pictures I'd see online and knew it wasn't normal. He opened his mouth with his unwashed hands again and didn't even look under his tongue. Said he was fine and left without another word. Didn't say goodbye or anything. Just left. We immediately canceled or future appointments with him. Will not tolerate this rude behavior anymore! However, the staff was nice and I liked them. Just not happy with the doctor."

"Hands down the best pediatrician in Kingman. His bedside manner may be a bit lacking towards parents but his knowledge and expertise more than make up for lack of time spent on small talk. He’s always patient with my daughter. His office staff are always kind and he actually offers sick visits unlike the other local pediatrician office!!"
