"I lived here from 2017 to 2023. The place was my home. Terry was an incredible manager and then she left. Aleada was such a good manager! She cared about us as residents so much. Shortly before I moved out, they replaced Aleada with some new chick named Randa. Worst attitude. She’s this lazy manager who doesn’t walk the property often and who is never there. She’s useless. Now mind you, I’ve been in property management for almost 10 years - this property is not hard to manage. The occupancy has been struggling since the pandemic but that could be changed with the correct marketing because the property is actually really nice and the units are so homey and cute! It’s an asset that simply needs capital improvements. I would ask for information when I lived there and she wouldn’t have answers for me, not because she was new but because she was too lazy to look. She’s attitudinal. And half the time she is not even there. A significant downgrade and I honestly was happy to leave when she took over because I already saw that she was going to be an issue and by the recent reviews, I’m not shocked! Transparently - the apartments are incredible if you have no reason to reach out to the new manager for the duration of your lease."

"The units themselves are fine for what your paying, good space, but old and nothing special. The new manager however, is absolutely awful. She is inconsistent in replying to emails, frequently closes the office early with little to no notice (which is a big deal because ALL guests need parking permits from the office to park here), refuses to give her supervisor info if you want to make a complaint, and will flat out lie about not leaving the office early. If you have friends and family and want to be able to have them visit, do NOT live here."

"I’ve found Irvine Park to be a really comfortable place to live. Neighbors are friendly. Everything outside is kept very clean. It’s a gated community too which I like. Parking can be an issue but that’s not a unique problem to this complex. The landlady, Terry, is very good at communicating which I found refreshing to say the least. I had an issue with my heater and she responded immediately to schedule a time to fix it. I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the place during my time here. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to live in the south Scottsdale area."
