Orange Tree Villa Apartments

"I lived here for 4 years. The worst part is the second & third hand smoke. I don't smoke, but my apartment gets constant smoke through the vents. The complex claims they can't do anything about it. They are a facelift of looks but nothing is new. There are no single-pane windows so be prepared for cold winters and hot summers inside. Be prepared to have management that lives on site and picks favorites. Or the flip side management changing constantly. Appliances are bottom of the line and likey to break. The water is hard, and will have chunks of sediment in everything. The tubs are never new and always sprayed. The spray peels off and leaves you with constant mold and peeling showers. Rent goes up drastically, 37% in1 year. I highly do not recommend these apartments."

"Worst place ever. Management is greedy. They charge you a "redecorating" fee, but then keep your deposit to clean the carpets. This place is overpriced, laundry rarely works, and the apartments reek of cigarette smoke."

"This WAS an awesome place to live, now it is way over priced for what your getting. If your in your bedroom on the second floor next to the other complex keep your blinds closed, you can see into 4 livingrooms and vise versa. They cut all the huge trees down so there is very little shade anymore and the top floor has no cover for your front patio, which is your only patio. No storage space. Clubhouse that's only open during business hours, so if you work during the week you'll never get to use it. Now it is the biggest eye sore on the whole street, it's now blue and white. Save yourself."

"By far the worst place I've ever lived. They didn't show me the unit I'd be renting until move in day and had just had the carpet cleaning done. This was clearly a strategy to hide the fact that people chain smoke in the apartments. It may say "smoke free" but all that's free about it is the second hand coming through the walls. Save your sanity and health by avoiding this Scottsdale misfit."

"They save bees! Wonderful place. Any apartment home or business that pays to save bees, is very environmentally friendly and deserves 5 stars for caring for the environment enough to save the bees. From the Christina the manager of this particular complex to the maintenance guys! Love them. Wonderful people and a beautiful well kept place in Scottsdale."
