"The best location to live in Old Town Scottsdale! Very convenient to walk anywhere you want to go. The staff is very responsive and handles all issues promptly. Have truly enjoyed the 3 plus years I have lived here. The property manager Lorna is helpful as well as the rest of office and maintenance staff."

"Love living in the San Marin. Been here over 4 years and could not be more pleased. Maintenance is prompt. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent in the middle of Old Town Scottsdale. I feel like I live in a resort community with pool, water features, gym, volleyball court, community center, landscaping, and an awesome little dog park installed last year. Many people are friendly and sociable. I have made friends. My sister came to visit last year and was so impressed with how close I live to shops, entertainment, art galleries, Fashion Square mall, movie theater, and restaurants. She could not believe I had 2 walk-in closets. No reason to move anywhere else. A neighbor who moved in last year, told me he looked at multiple apartments in the neighborhood, especially the newer constructions. He said they were smaller and reminded him of a motel room, not hotel room, but a motel room. I like more charm, than plain. It reminded me that I made a great decision moving to the San Marin."

"Living in San Marin has been great! I lived here for over 2.5 years- The apartments are spacious and the large balconies are great when the weather is nice. The standout feature is undoubtedly the amazing location – it's a stone's throw away from the bars, restaurants, shopping (Fashion Square Mall), gyms (Mountainside and Lifetime Fitness) and groceries stores (Frys & Sprouts). I walk everywhere, and rarely find myself driving to places in the area. The management is very accommodating as well- Maintenance issues are fixed within the week and if you have any problems, the leasing team is always around to help you out. Lorna and Calista had been a great help to me & I appreciate their kindness during my living at San Marin!"

"If you are looking to move to the Old Town Scottsdale area, then San Marin is a great place to live. The management team and support staff are great. They are super friendly, attentive, and most importantly they always show my little dog the love she deserves. You can't beat the location; it's perfect! Just a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. While it may not be the newest community in the area, the units are spacious and the complex has all the amenities you could ask for: a well equipped gym, beautiful community room, pool/hot tub, volleyball court, and small dog park."

"This apartment complex is the worst apartment complex in Arizona hands down. It's in a great area but provides the worse service. The apartment complex are a mess and can never get anything done. They will charge you thousands of dollars for things that wasn't your fault. The rent is extremely high for what they give you. I recommend nobody rent at this place they will still every penny from you. And not to mention the ppl they have in the leasing office now are horrible. They won't even let you talk to a manager. The employees tell you one thing and then the manager tells you another. They lie and steal and argue stay away from this place."
