"The transition to Arbor and administrative has been difficult for most, but I moved out of state and still come here because the doctors and Brittany do a phenomenal job caring for my 18-month-old. I miss it being right around the corner. I have since been to 3 or 4 offices that don't compare to the medical staff here. People giving administrative complaints are missing the point of the attention these people give our kids, which has been great."
"Arbor medical is the reason why our pediatrician's office is losing customers. They are terrible! They never answer the phone. It is unfortunate, we loved our kids doctors but sadly, Arbor medical ruined them. If your pedicatricians office begins using Arbor medical, find another pediatrician ASAP."
"This pediatrician's office was great when it was run by Athena Health. Ever since Arbor took over, the customer service has been complete and utter garbage. Just the simple request of getting back access that I lost to my son's online portal, which contained his medical and payment history, was a nightmare. And to boot once I got access, the payment history was gone which luckily they were able to send me manually after speaking to somebody in billing. The Arbor Portal department customer service is GARBAGE. They allege that they don't have a direct phone number, and only provide an ArborPortal@ email address, which would normally be fine except that my initial email request took 12 days to receive a response. My follow-up phone calls to the office ended with dead ends that redirected me back to the email address. My second email correspondence took OVER A MONTH to get a response on, and that was 3-days after I called the office repeatedly, and FINALLY got somebody to transfer me to the voicemail of the department manager, whom I very explicitly instructed to call me the very next day. To my non-surprise, I never received a phone call and it still took 3-days to get an emailed response. This is unacceptable customer service. I expect better."
"Arbor Medical is terrible. They bought North Scottsdale Pediatrics. The staff at the office is great, but they can only do so much given the changes Arbor has made. It takes forever to speak with someone, you can't speak to anyone about setting the portal up (rather, the only option is to send protected information over a non-encrypted email); when you do call, the only option to actually speak with someone for most easy issues is scheduling. I feel awful for the scheduling/front desk team, they don't have time for all those calls, hence the 20 minute wait I just experienced for something I could use the portal for! I've owned a medical practice, this isn't the way to sustain a business! Doctors and team are all doing their best, but will eventually leave. They are the ones who hear the complaints, the ones doing all the grunt work . . . shame on Arbor Medical and whatever promises they sold North Scottsdale Pediatrics."
"Arbor medical has the worst customer experience I've experienced in healthcare. My child has been seen 6 times, all routine check ups and each time I am asked to provide sensitive and basic information including name, social security, birthdate, address, insurance etc. like we are brand new to the practice. If this group can't keep my address and phone number in their system, then how can they possibly be trusted with my children's medical records? If you value your time and not being treated like a brand new client every time your child needs a check up, learn from me and take your child elsewhere. This is not a reflection on staff, the Doctors, Nurses and front desk are amazing."
