"We came to help our daughter unpack and there were a few issues. Nothing really serious but Tyler the maintenance man was amazing. Friendly efficient and very prompt. Excellent service."

"The apartment is old, expect 10+ coats of poorly done paint on everything, thin walls and a 2”+ gap under the interior doors. My biggest issue is the management company. My unit was very clearly not cleaned prior, after writing them and utilizing the “rate your experience” survey they never contacted or even attempted to correct this. Whoever did the photos you see online needs a raise, they made this trap house look pretty decent. Props to them"

"Don’t let the neighborhood and the fact that you’re in Scottsdale fool you if you like your car intact DONT LIVE HERE! They don’t have any cameras on the property even after multiple residents have reported their cars getting broken into, vandalized, and even had parts stolen off of them right there on the lot. Tina is snarky and less than helpful you can tell she doesn’t care about the residents or their safety at all and she definitely won’t pretend to. 0/10 customer service skills not sure why she decided to be in this line of work if she doesn’t have the property and their residents best interests in mind? For $1900 a month you would think they would care a little more but unfortunately that’s not the case so do yourself a favor and look for a better place to live if you value your personal property and safety cause no one that works here does."

"I toured with a friend a few weeks ago and we were shown some really really nice apartments! We loved the dog park and quiet neighborhood feel of Del Sol. You're so close to everything but you wouldn't notice because you're in a nice quiet location!"
