"This place is a scam!!!! I go in to inquire about a 2bd 2ba Renovated apartment. They had one that was going to be available the 24th. It was currently under renovation so Kaitlyn and I just peaked at the deck that was full of sheet rock and trim. We then literally walked back to the front where I got her card and floor plan with details of the apartment that says washer and dryer as an apartment amenity. I decided to go ahead and apply the next day paying the admin fee of $250 dollars and $55 in application fee's to the total tune of $310. We get approved for everything. They require you to switch your electric, internet before they will even give you the lease. So I go through the trouble of doing the transfers. later i get the emailed lease to sign. Thank God I read the whole thing because it has NO washer and dryer! There is no place to even put one in the apartment! I called and emailed them immedicatly on Saturday as soon as i read that asking if this was a type o. No it was not a typo and was told that I was disclosed this during the tour! What a lie, 1st of all there wasn't even a tour, we didn't even go inside the apartment because men were in there redoing the floor! Second of all the floor plan Kaitlyn gave me psays it comes with a washer and dryer. I never would of filled out the application with the $310 fees if they would of 'disclosed' it! They want you to pay to use their washer and dryers on site. How convient is that! Im already paying over $2146 (we pd and extra 75 a month for the 6 mo lease) a month to have to pay to wash my clothes in a community laundry mat? I asked the $250 be refunded but they will not. It's funny how people will try and twist things saying they told you when that would 100000% be a deal breaker! It makes no sense. If they make it right by refunding our money I will retract my review. If not we will go to the real estate commission with our complaint."

"I have lived at Monaco in a remodeled unit for the past six months I personally have enjoyed living here I really like all of the well-kept outside areas the grass is beautiful and my dogs just love it they are very pet friendly My unit is brand new and has a very large outdoor patio which I love The neighbors are friendly and the people that run this place are also very nice It is a bit pricey for a remodeled 1 bedroom unit with a washer and dryer you will pay close to 2k a month with your shared water bill but you get what you pay for because of the area that this is located in I’m hoping they will remodel more apartments so they look more like my unit as some of the old units look a bit rundown but as people move out they will continue to upgrade everything As with any older property there are some issues but they have been pretty good about taking note of them Jason The maintenance man is very friendly and tries his best to help Parking is ample and they have a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi that is very well-maintained Living on McCormick Ranch is a beautiful thing!"

"Visited property 2 days ago and it was VERY nice. New/modern appliances and in-apartment features. Also, big thanks/kudos to Katy the assistant manager. She really took her time to show me around the property and answer all my questions."
