"I just moved into Tatum Place Apartments and the process couldn’t have been smoother! Rhonda was the best in making sure the process was super easy since I was coming from out of state, she was so helpful and such a joy to talk to and get to know! Alex was super accommodating in helping me get my keys to my apartment since I was moving in after office hours. Phil has also been super helpful numerous times and whenever I call their maintenance line he is super quick in coming to help me out! Overall, I’m having such a great experience so far and can’t wait to live here!"

"The entire staff is very high quality. The property is beautiful. the neighbors are nice. The renovated units are like living in a small but superbly appointed house. Front load washers/dryer, quartz countertops, beautiful paint and shower tiles... lovely light fixtures ... and on and on. We LOVE living here because of the apartment itself, but even more so because of the excellent staff. Phil and Rob (maintenance), and Crystal and Sarah (office) are all GREAT at what they each do."

"This property is profoundly higher in quality than the surrounding area apartments. And it's in about the same price range! It's well managed, and very well kept up. Super staff! Crystal, Sarah, Phil, and Rob are all gracious and really good at what they do! So grateful to be living here!"

"I have been with Tatum place soon to be 4 months. The best part about this community is management and help desk weather it’s Sarah or Crystal. They are a great. Overall the community is clean and the neighbors are great! My appliances work great! They address my issues and concerns at all times. The aspect that made my review 3 stars is the apartment itself. It’s a little too cheap. 1. Ac unit is extremely loud. 2. Ac condensation water disposal is through the master bathroom, water trickling noise is very disturbing at night. 3. When I first moved in I had some pest issues. 4. Other negatives mostly due to cheap renovations, my dishwasher is bit Crocked, my shower sliding door randomly stays open during showers. Master bathroom floor is always radiating heat, not sure why or is it fixable. 5.Maintenance guys are nice and friendly but I would say they could do a bit better job for maintenance requests."

"When I was looking for a place to move when moving to the area, Sarah called me back right away and showed me the property. She was so friendly and told me all the great things Scottsdale had to offer. They worked diligently to get my apartment ready to match my moving timeline. The apartments are beautiful, the pools are perfect, and the community is safe and friendly. I will probably be here forever! From management to maintenance, the staff is spot on!"
