"I am currently in the process of looking for an apartment to rent, Thursday 1/25/24 I visited your establishment. when I first pulled in I noticed how clean the property was and found it very convenient to park as other locations I visited that day was hard to find a parking spot. I had the pleasure of sitting down with Blanca to ask a few questions that I had. I do want to say she was very polite and had a positive/professional attitude with the ability to answer my questions, I was also very surprised she had information about the surrounding schools for my children witch I feel is important to know if I'm going to call this place home! If you're looking for a what seems to be a comfortable/welcoming place to stay I would definitely look here!"

"This apartment complex is the worst place to live, do not move here. If I could give 0 stars I would. Management does not care about you or your experience living here at all and will literally ignore you when you need assistance. The pool is always disgusting and always closed. Stacey, the manager, is the rudest one and will literally ask you not to speak to her if you say something she doesn’t like. They over charge you for random things and try to evict you very chance they get. Do not move here!!"

"I want to take a minute to share my nice experience with Sierra Walk Apartments. This property always shows super clean, prices and units are very good. Stacey and Iris are very friendly staff there. I am an apartment locator and I bring a lot of prospects to them. I have not get anybody yet that would say NO to what they see. We get to see an actual unit most of the times, and their units always show very nice. Today my costumer was so grateful and happy, fall in love with her unit. Thank you ladies, you are amazing!! "Office hours? Office are close during business hours. Requested multiple community maintenance and nothing has changed since May. No response. All these fees can be very inconvenience when people are constantly parking in my parking space. Alot of abandon vehicles with expired tags continuing to park in my space. Parking space fee $6 Community maintenance fee $15 nothing gets clean through apartment. Community fence damage. Still not repair. Amazon hub fee required $25 never use so inconvenience hours. Neighbor had told me his package been stolen. Glendale pd always paying a visit with 5+ officers every week."

"The apartments are pretty quiet, most neighbors we have come across are polite, most keep to themselves. Office personnel is great, they reply quickly. When a work order is put in they handle it in a timely manner. Price is kind of high but so is everywhere else out there. Over all good place to live"
