"My daughter turned 16years old this week and I was stressing and couldn’t find an affordable venue. My mom has been a resident here at 59 Evergreen for a little over a year and she suggested we rent the apartments clubhouse. Best decision ever! Loretta at the front office was very helpful, process was smooth and not stressful at all, the space was just what we needed to celebrate my daughters sweet 16. I would highly recommend if you or family are residents look into renting the clubhouse for your party needs. Thank you again Loretta and 59 Evergreen for the wonderful experience!"

"I would not recommend anybody to live here because you a liar for one and you have no freaking common sense at all. You told each and every townhouse owner that we would have complete access to all amenities including a new pool and dog park. You promised the townhouse community a brand new pool within 2 years and to have full access. You have now gone and broke privacy with all your tenants on your property and ours. Joel is another Hitler just trying to run his community like a prison."

The manager Brandon is extremely nice. I have had an amazing experience working with him. He has truly helped my family with keeping our home. I so appreciate him so much. He is one of a kind. The apartments themselves are amazing! Everything is brand new. The environment outside is always kept to high standards and cleaned very nicely. My favorite part about it is that it is a very quiet neighborhood. They are pet friendly, and the layout of the apartments are very spacious. Maintenance is very quick with assisting you with any problems you are experiencing, so that’s a plus! Assistance is always available via email, in person, or by phone all day. You’d be missing out if you didn’t choose 59 Evergreen as you’re next home!!"
