"Bianca is literally the best manager I’ve ever had. She is so patient with me since my English isn’t too good. And she helps me and my sister so much with everything! Definitely look for her if you want to rent here!"
"I have been living at this property since september of 2018. We've had numerous changes of management companies that never cared for the residents. The staff we have now is the polar opposite.. Bianca has been the kindest most helpful employee i have come across. She really takes time to make this place feel like a home and ensures all my concerns are addressed. If you're looking for a nice place to live with friendly staff,as long as Bianca is here you are in good hands."
"I am extremely grateful to have encountered Bianca! She is just a call or email away. Bianca always makes time to answer all my questions, concerns, and requests. Both Bianca & Stephanie are very friendly and have worked with me to fulfill my needs. Thank You Ladies! Keep up the great work and communication."
"Update 2/1/2024: New year, same problems. Maintenance requests continue to be an ongoing issue with many delays and lots of frustration. Update 9/26/2023: their leasing office employee called the cops on me for simply requesting maintenance, I calmly expressed concerns to nearby applicants that this complex does not fix appliances, bugs, and other major issues. Their employee, a bald man with glasses retaliated by calling 9-1-1, I believe his name is Frank. It's incredible the lengths they will go to in order to not address concerns and building issues. Cops were very nice and apologized that I have to deal with Tides on 67th. Other cop was sympathetic also expressing issues with other Tides properties in the area. I am planning to peacefully protest maintenance issues with a sign on the public street corner outside the complex in my free time which cop gave me permission on camera to do. I won't stop bringing attention to this until management addresses these maintenance issue and fixes them. - Original review: I just moved into Tides on 67th apartments with my partner about a week or two ago and we and have been disgusted and appalled by condition of the unit and lack of maintenance. Landlord had over a month notice prior to our move in date. We were IMMEDIATELY met by bugs crawling around the unit when we moved in, our in-unit washer/dryer that does not even power up or function at all. Mary has not been helpful at all... Our neighbor frequently blasts heavy bass music with an amp that SHAKES THE WALLS AND FLOORS which makes my work from home situation extremely difficult. Our bathroom sink simply shot water outwards from the sides when turned on (see photos). One of the two showers only trickles cold water with little to no water pressure making it unusable. Dishwasher simply didn't power on at all which forced us to wash all dishes by hand! Door stoppers won’t work properly leaving damage from previous occupants where door handle meets the walls. Fire alarm was simply not installed which raised major safety concerns for us. I would strongly urge ‘would be’ tenants not to move into this complex. This is as of late September 2023 going into October. An entire wall of power outlets didn't draw power and were unusable. Air filters throughout unit are extremely dirty, unsanitary, and poses a serious health risk to us tenants. Please see photos I’ve attached if considering moving here. Everything has felt extremely ‘last minute’ and rushed from management as we moved in and only met with excuses of understaffing which is simply is not the responsibility of tenants. They act all nice and say whatever they need to in order to get you to sign up here, and then they cold shoulder you and turn into VERY different people once you're locked in as a tenant. Do NOT believe the nice and smiley act they put on for potential tenants when you're touring! The complex needs to meet the most fundamental bare minimum needs of its tenants, especially in regards to safety, cleanliness, and core functionality of installed appliances which we pay a lot in monthly rent to use. If these concerns not immediately addressed, I will be reaching out to tenant advocacy groups and legal regulatory groups to get changes made for my health and safety, as well as others who live here at the complex. There is a serious trash problem on the grounds surrounding the area in addition to strong smell of feces and urine when you walk from the parking lot to the units. Many tenants do not pick up feces left by their pets on public walkways and grass. I will continue documenting and sharing my experience with photos and videos. Update: 9/21/2023 they have a new temp worker, a bald man with glasses in the office who has verbally harassed us when trying to get our appliances fixed and bringing up general concerns, he yelled very harshly at my significant other leaving her in tears as he refused to address maintenance concerns. At this point we are considering filing suit for emotional damages and strong verbal harassment."
"The new manager Stephanie is awesome, she has only been here 3 weeks and already the property has changed for the positive. I look forward to seeing what other changes will come our way. Highly recommend living here if you want a nice, cozy and friendly place to call home."
