Glendale Manor Apartments

"I lived there and I was robbed three different times, the first time was only two weeks after moving in. A guy was shot to death in the parking lot, there was a serial arsonist who was constantly setting the dumpsters on fire. People were constantly fighting and using drugs and the county courner brought a dead body out of the apartment next door. I was constantly going in and out of the hospital I was crazy"

"I don't recommend living here. Trust me. They will even tow your car if you park in reverse. There are no signs telling people not to park in reverse. Management team will not even give you a warning for those that didn't know. That says a lot about the management here. Go read the other reviews on here. It just not a good place to live."

"Lived here from 2017 to 2022. Office staff were always nice to us, but can do very little with what they're given. Maintenance was always understaffed and overworked, took over a month to get any help when one of the ceilings started caving in from water damage. Lots of crime, lots of drugs, police couldn't be bothered to show up unless someone's actively getting beat up or shot. This is not a safe place to live ."

"The apartment I was moved into is completely unlivable it has broken tile a broken window graffiti on the walls and appliances broken cabinets a broken half fixed shower, and the management team there has literally zero idea what's going and even less care to help I was told that it wasn't their problem today the only person who was of any help what so ever was the head of maintenance. "I must say amazing upgrade on management here Edith was respectful kind and such a beautiful spirit & Brenda I believe her name was she’s freaking awesome she deserves a raise very very outgoing respectful on top of things it was a pleasure chatting with her she’s a wonderful women always smiling when I see her even when it’s time to go home always says hi & bye I love her keep her here forever"
