"Don’t lease here . This apartment got me the worst experience. No AC for 11 days and they gave us only one 1 AC window in this summer heat . Also they have refused to give a credit for this convenience .so they refused to lower the rent for just one month for this issue. And the apartment is hot and who is living there is my mother and father in law . And they are elder people. They need to be taken care of better then that . This apartment don’t care about your comfort more then caring about collecting money from people. Also it’s been 7 years they are having problems with cockroaches and their treatment never really treated. And they don’t do any service to your apt without making you pay to renew even your blinds. This is the reality of park villas ."

"I would suggest you look a little harder and find somewhere else. The rent is too high for brick apartments. The office staff changes the rules often, graffiti everywhere, there is always someone smoking meth or crack in the alley, the theft is crazy. 1600 a month for a 2 bedroom 2 bath, and it's even more for one they have "upgraded." Been here 5 years and they won't even give me new blinds, no dishwasher, pool was closed all spring and summer. They go up on the rent every year, they don't care about good Tennant's, just how much money they can get. There is zero sympathy or compassion."

"Really great affordable housing, and I was surprised by the staffs generosity and attentiveness when I would go through maintenance issues with my AC’s. Giving me two emergency AC units to help me and my family while they got the ac unit fixed. Honestly the best place in the surrounding area. Thank you Jordan, Paryss, and the maintenance team!"
