"I’ve been living here since February 2022 and the experience has been pretty good. I’ve had some issues with theft but that isn’t complexes issue. The apartments are for a good price and feel cozy and are well amenities. Also, the people at the office one I’ll include named Jeffrey Garcia are very nice and are always willing to help you. I would move here if you’re looking for a decent sized apartment at a good price and a quiet nice area."

"I’ve lived here since February of 2018 and I’m pretty satisfied with living here. I put in a work order and the repair is done, I have a question and it’s answered promptly. The office staff is really cool and treat me good. The grounds are nice and olive tree does pretty good at keeping up the landscape and parking areas. Maybe install a small playground for the kids in the shady area in the grass on the east side and west side? We have a lot of dogs around here as well, so a dog park along the south end would be good for pet owners, maybe in the near future? The roaches… ya we have roaches as with any mass community. I know people that live in Some state of the art apartments with smart home capabilities and you know what, they have roaches too. Roaches are particularly drawn to crumbs, spills, and food residues, especially starchy and sugary items. So you may be clean in your environments but your neighbors are messy and that’s how you have roaches or maybe you’re messy. What I’d like to see here is a gated entry, it’ll cut down on the traffic a lot and add a more secure environment. Overall I’m happy living here and look forward to calling this home for many more years."

"I have been living here for the past 6 months &’ everything has been great. The person that help me Jeffery was very helpful &’ made the process very comfortable &’ easy. My Mom, Sister, &’ Aunt came with me &’ even they had a great experience with him. Any issue or questions he has been very helpful &’ joyful to help fix anything. I was first going to live here alone &’ did apply to a one bedroom but had a last min roommate &’ he made the switch to a two bedroom very easy &’ make even her feel comfortable. I definitely think this is a great place to live. I did recommend it to my boyfriend &’ he even got a place after seeing how amazing the package deal they offer."

"It's a good apartment for the price. The staff cares and the grounds crew do a good job making sure things look nice. Whenever I've had a service request or question, the issue is addressed promptly. The office staff and maintenance crew are all friendly and care about making sure this apartment complex is a nice place to live."
