And the new manager Jose was sweet enough to call me and reassure me about the changes that they are making, explained the stuff the last team had failed on taking care of, and offered me help on pest control. Now I have a lot less anxiety living here! The only concern I have is security stopping my roommate after he parked, but had his tenant parking sticker on his windshield, and the security officer following him to our unit for further proof that he lives there lol"
