"I moved out here from California without doing a tour of the property. I was a little nervous based off reviews, after sending 99 emails to Zindi and Gracie they were amazing with fast responses. These ladies made my move in a breeze. Community is well kept. Valet trash service is always on time. Maintenance has came within hours of putting in a request or the next day. The bug spray company comes out the next day after putting a request in as well."

On top of that, just want to say how grateful we are for Cathy and how great of a property manager she is, She has definitely gone above and beyond for us! Even from when we first went through the application process she was very helpful walked us through everything, to the minute we moved out she did everything she could to help!"

"While living there, CT Communities was great. Nicely appointed apartments with private back yards, a great pool and hot tub, and a well equipped gym. However, since moving out in July, they won’t respond to my phone calls or emails about a question with my last month’s rent. I guess they don’t need to reply since they have an extra $700 of mine- very frustrating!"

"Was a great place to live until new management took over. Then they scaled back on security. Due to Covid 19 I lost my job, but was able to find another. It was very far away. So, we needed to move. We gave proper notice, although it meant breaking the 20 month lease they required to move in. We filled out all the paperwork and had the money on hand required. We were told, no, they would send a bill. They had our new address. We never got a bill. I had called a few times and left messages to have them call me. Then we started getting calls from a collection agency regarding the overdue bill. This is very bad business practice. A company should at least send a bill, return the phone calls, etc. before turning it over to collections! I would never recommend renting from here! To date, I have called 3 times a week for the last month, never gotten the manager. Cannot get corporates phone number and have never received a call back!"
