"I only wish the clubhouse which is supposed to be fore the residents ( and for which we pay electricity for and the electricity stays on all night), was open for a more reasonable amount of time. Closing at 5pm and on Sundays (a day of rest and relaxation when residents might be able to enjoy the clubhouse) because that's when the leasing office closes does not allow residents to actually use the club house (because many of us also work between the hours of 9 to 5). So...what's the point in even having a clubhouse that can barely be used? This is the first place where I've rented that didn't have the clubhouse open 24 hours a day and on Sundays. Otherwise, I enjoy living here enough. I do wish the cabinetry and doors were dark instead of white, like what I saw in Estia Surprise Farms. The ladies working in the leasing office and the maintenance team are professional, prompt, and friendly."

"I moved/transferred in this past July, from the Mark Taylor property in Surprise Farms. Both communities are very nice! However, my draw to move here at Windrose; is that it is a smaller community and has a cozier feel to it! Windrose has a great office/clubhouse/fitness center/pool...same amenities that I enjoyed at the Surprise Farm location! So glad I made this move and am enjoying great Customer Service from the Manager and Leasing staff; as well as very attentive and helpful Maintenance staff! "We moved in about a month ago and we are so happy! The ladies at the front desk are so helpful and happy to help! Caelyn helped us move in and was there to answer all of questions. We are super lucky to have her here. The houses themselves are great! Insulated well, we can’t hear anything outside of the house. If we have had any issues maintenance is speedy and responsive. The floorplan was well thought out in our two bedroom two bath place. All in all we couldn’t be happier!"

"They have staff who must be new. I’ve asked questions and the response is usually I’ll check with my manager or it’s the wrong answer. The community site map shows a rec area next to the dog park. This is inaccurate as the rec area is the dog park. The majority of the community is gravel. The fence in the backyard is a vinyl type fence where I could see a small dog going under and getting out. The backyard is also all gravel. You can put turf in at your own expense I was told. The a/c unit is in the backyard right outside the bedroom so you hear it going off during the night. The shared wall in the one bedrooms are the bedroom walls of both units. How bizarre! The bathtub in the one bedroom is so narrow n tiny. I was told after I moved in that there were units with shower stalls instead but now I would have to wait til I was here 6 months to transfer and then I would pay new rent price. Too bad they didn’t say anything at first! I’m a senior so the tub is a hazard. I was told I could apply for modifications at my expense. Seriously! The club house is open only mon thru Saturday 9 am to 5 pm. Ridiculous for those who do work during the week. It means it’s not accessible I was never given the sticker for my car to open the gates. I had to go to the office n request it. Some of my paperwork says their sister community of Estia surprise farms so the info is not totally correct for windrose. I could go on but I’ll stop here. I never had a tour nor did I see a model That’s on me"

"Where to begin. Don't know if it's the organization that just hires fabulous individuals or if they just lucked out. I certainly lucked out. I'm a senior citizen that hadn't rented in more than 50 years. Couldn't be more appreciative of the care they've taken of me and my dog."
