"I have made three failed attempts to receive my deposit back. I have spoken with Jessica and have gotten nowhere! It has been 30 days and still nothing. They do not communicate and think that it is ok. I have to file in small claims court. Stay away it is not worth the headache."

"The leasing staff is incredibly lazy and lacks follow up. Most days the phones are out of order so you are unable to contact anyone. There have been home invasions and robbery’s and when reported to the front office they were unwilling to spread awareness to other residents and showed no empathy. The response time to work orders takes weeks if not months to complete which Is unacceptable when water is pouring out of your ceiling for months!!!!!!!! Not to mention the human size dog poop everywhere!!!"
