Laguna at Arrowhead Ranch

"(Updated) I have lived in Laguna for going on 8 years now. After seeing 4 or so different management companies come and go I think that they do a decent job of running the place. Could be better, could be worse."

"I dont normally write reveiws but I am so unhappy with this complex it is unbelievable. We moved in 1 month ago and it has only been negative. We came into the apartment with practically everything broken. Granted most of it is fixed now but not everything. I get they are low on maintenance workers but this place is practically unliveable. We walked with a broken shower in the master bedroom and is still broken. The fan in the living room was broken. The door didn't shut all the way, the ac doesn't get cold unless it is also cold outside. The blinds were ducktaped / stapled up. These are just a few of the many issues. I have been on the verge of tears due to this everyday. This isn't worth the money we are paying for this apartment. Please if anybody is looking to move here, don't."

"Lived here 9 months it took them 3 months to replace a dishwasher and 3 attempts at it. When they got the new it took 6 hours to install....... which I've done as a homeowner before its not that difficult. Parking for a second vehicle can be difficult to get, some people park in spots for months, they never move and management doesn't do anything about it. Community wasn't friendly for our handicap child. Neighbor (one neighbor) didn't like our child so constantly complained about him. Management team took the Neighbors side most of the time and didn't even try to accommodate either party instead just let the bickering continue. We got our child prescription medication to try and help but it didn't and we really didn't want to medicate our son but management didn't even try and understand our situation and constantly put stress on us. Grounds need more sprinklers to help with dog urine smell outside it is pretty strong. I like dogs, the complex just needs more drainage and sprinklers due to how many dogs there are in the community. Swimming pool is not cleaned regularly either. Don't know how often they test the water for cleanliness and they could at least do the little things of having someone net it out occasionally for bugs and plants. Early in our lease also mosquitoes were really bad not positive but pretty sure it the man made lake. It looks nice but can get pretty dirty from time to time. We almost would have considered staying due to loving Arrowheads area and schools but ultimately decided to move due to above reasons and they jacked our rent up 500 dollars a month that was the icing on the cake. I would steer clear of here unless you don't have another choice or you just want to roll the dice."

"This place used to be great when we moved in a year ago but after management changed a few months ago it’s been awful. I fully blame the leasing office. They are rude, disrespectful, and they are hardly around. My parking space has been taken at least 4 times in the past 2 months and we could not get a hold of them for any help (They we’re all weekdays as well so they should have been here). We eventually gave up calling and going to the office because of the incompetence. We pay a lot of money to live here the least they could do is clean the pool. They say it’s “just leaves” but there were dead bees, wasps, and I’ve even seen a dragon fly before. Like if you guys aren’t going to check on the pool that your guests pay for then you should at least let us clean it and not call it a “liability”. 100% preferred the management before. They were prompt, super efficient in fixing issues, and always kind. The new team just looks like someone spit in their coffee."
