"Great Doctors office and would highly recommend. Host was incredibly friendly, funny, and informative. The nurse is absolutely wonderful with kids making the whole appointment fun and easy as my almost 2 year old wasn't fussy once. The ultrasound specialist is extremely proficient at her job moving quick and providing a calming environment. Dr Pankaj Jain the kind of doctor you want your kids to have, confident, humbling, kind and uplifting. Very inviting and fun decor, plus activities for kids in the waiting area, this is 5 stars on my book."

"Absolutely amazing service! We have an emergency referral from our pediatrician whom first sent us to Phoenix Children's. I would love to use Phoenix Children's but unfortunately they did not take our insurance and they wanted nearly $3000 for the appointment. I asked for another Pediatric Cardiologist and SPC was recommended. I called on a Thursday and they were able to get us in the follow Tuesday at the same time our original appointment with PCH was scheduled (my wife is a teacher so we had to make it fit). As soon as we walked in, we were greated and they knew who we were and why we were there. The "paperwork" was all digital and easy to go through and the best part, NO HAND WRITING which made the process much faster. The nurses and staff were absolutely awesome with our daughter and us parents. The doctor explained everything after the EKG and ECG and definitely helped put our minds at ease. We will definitely use them again if the need arises! THANK YOU!"

"My son is a new patient for Specialty Pediatrics. The office staff was fantastic from the moment I scheduled the appointment until the day of the appointment. The lady at the front desk went over and above and helped me with my concerns with compassion and genuine concern for my son. The two nurses I dealt with were also incredible and knowledgeable. They were patient and answered both mine and my son's questions. The Dr was thorough and took extra time to ease my concerns before even speaking with my son. "Our experience with the Specialty pediatric solutiins office started on a high note. Friendly staff, a good first visit on September 22nd, and my son was even given hope for being cleared in time for the basketball tryouts. Which we discussed and confirmed dates with the provider. They were understanding when we were about 20 mins late for the ultrasound due to traffic. Everything was smooth until we hit a snag. We were promised all tests, including a treadmill test, would be done in time for the end of October tryouts. For context we were seen in office in Sept. So there was more than a month before tryouts. But as the date approached and I hadn't heard back, I called, only to be told no technicians were available until tryout day. We were left waiting, hopeful for a call that came too late. Despite their kindness, the lack of follow-through was disheartening. My son trained his heart out, and then, nothing—he missed his shot because we just couldn't get that last test scheduled. A simple heads-up or a referral to another office could have saved his dream. We were let down, not by lack of care, but by a lack of urgency and options. Sadly, we'll be looking elsewhere next time"
