"I’m reviewing this as a prospective tenant. 1. Almost impossible to get a hold of management / leasing office. This is what happens when one offsite office manages multiple properties. Can’t imagine how hard it’d be to get a hold of during times of distress. 2. I was told washer/dryer would be inside the apartment, but didn’t find any in the display unit #14. Tried to call to verify, but once again met with voicemail. 3. Management wasn’t very helpful when I did get in contact either, with their dismissive attitude. 4. “Gated community” has all unlocked gates. What’s the point then?"

"I’ve really enjoyed living in these apartments, these are newly renovated and the landlord is so nice! Any issues I’ve had she has responded the day of, or the next day. Some of the apartments are furnished (mine was). Overall I really enjoyed my experience because it was also a quiet apartment complex. Thanks Samantha for the great Mark-hall Apartment experience!"
