"Room was nice but location horrible. Being at the end of hall and on highway it was noisy. Heard people next to us at all hours. View overlooking back of buildings contributed to bad location."
"Room was large and clean. Very nice shower. Fairly comfortable bed. It was nice that we could check-in to the hotel without going into the casino. The pool and hot tub are right off the lobby. I didn't use either because I didn't want to shlep across the lobby in my wet swimsuit. Parking was a bit of a hassle since it is shared with the casino and was packed on the Friday we were there. Would be nice if parking was separate for the hotel."
"This property is full of fraudulent crooks! They accused me of smoking in the room and charged me almost $300 for it and have ZERO proof! I've worked in hotels for years and I'm not stupid enough to smoke in a room knowing it's going on my credit card! They even ozoned the room before the manager could go in with us and prove that housekeeping is making it up! Worst hotel ever! Criminal staff just trying to get more money because I guess I didn't spend enough in their bars, restaurants, and in their casino!"
"We were on vacation and we decided to stop into this hotel. Because it was priced right. Everything went well until the next day when the management and hotel staff accused us of smoking in our room, which we absolutely did not. When we tried to dispute this with the manager. He would not listen to anything. We had to say he would not watch the cameras to watch us. Going downstairs to smoke he would not listen to anything we had to say. It would be a cold day in hell. When I ever ever came back to this casino and hotel. I hope the next person that gets accused has more proof than I did. Because once they make up their mind they don't care. We disputed the charge on our credit card. this hotel ended up destroying the rest of our vacation. I hope nobody else has to suffer like we did."
"My family and I recently stayed here for the Thanksgiving weekend. We will definitely be back and possibly make this a yearly tradition. Staff was cordial, facilities are clean and nice. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool is heated so my daughter got to enjoy the slide in November. The arcade is small and some machines only take dollars but we still had fun. My husband and I visited the casino which is only steps away. It’s clean, staff was helpful and we enjoyed some roulette."
