Reviews
"Entrada Real is a fine place to live. There is obviously the major issue of its not in a super safe area, but I never had any particular problem other than people I know cars got broken into. The staff is very kind and fixes issues, as long as you’re fairly persistent. Dennis is amazing and helped bring up the experience by a solid star. The move out process was easy, except it took over 10 weeks for me to get my reimbursement, and they said it was at corporate the whole time but it was really sitting in their safe the whole time since April. So that was very frustrating but I guess I eventually got it. The units are fine they’re not particularly nice but they work for what they’re needed. There are wonderful events with free food and activities which is great. So overall, I don’t think it is a bad place to live and probably would sign again, but not because of the stellar living conditions but because the staff is kind and responsive"
"I felt compelled to write a review here due to the positive experience. First, I should make clear I'm not a resident, I took the complex tour with my friend Allyson as she was looking at the University at the time. I must say, for being a tag-along, the staff were wonderful, kind and welcoming, letting me view the place with her, which I know meant a lot to her. The accommodation on offer is surprisingly spacious and beautifully cared for. Having the opportunity to walk around and see the students interact, it really felt like a little community, very warm. Ultimately my friend decided on a college out of state, but the staff here were just so unbelievably nice and the place fosters a very welcoming atmosphere. If I were so inclined to try college in the area, I'd look to live here. Thank you for being so open my coming along and making my friend feel comfortable!"
"I have lived here for just short of a year, but so far I really like it. The front office is very friendly and helpful which I heard was not always the case however the new management is great and always on it. They are very understanding that for most of us residents this is the first time living without parents and offer a lot of advice and help with paying rent, taking care of your living space, etc. The apartments are also very spacious compared to the other student housing apartments I toured. The price has recently gone up, however it is still one of the most affordable options out there and there aren't any hidden fees (another thing i noticed about other places). The distance from campus is perfect because it is far enough to be quiet and not super distracting, but close enough that I can still walk to class. Another thing I noticed about entrada that is unlike the other student housing apartments, is the wall density. I very rarely hear my neighbors or roommates which is really important to me. Maintenance is also really good. They are super respectful towards my things and always fix appliances when needed or order new ones with no fuss. And of course my cats like it here, so thats always a bonus."
"Entrada was nothing but great to me in the 2.5 years I lived there. I have never written an google review until now because they are worth it. I know this may sound weird but reading reviews for apartments is always difficult bc it is some great some terrible, so knowing I am probably the most typical/average college guy hopefully helps some in reading this. Rent is cheap given the fact that apartments are fully furnished, in unit washer/dryer, FREE cable with a ton of channels, wifi, a small balcony which is nice for just hanging out/storing bikes. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and there is a good amount of common space but enough private space for people who prefer privacy from their roommates. Location is nice, just a 10 minute bike ride to campus and a pretty nice neighborhood to walk too. Office and maintenance is nothing but great, always easy to interact with and very helpful. They don't really bother you at all which is nice. Office does A TON of events for residents like giving out pizza, In n Out, breakfast, stuff like definitely follow them on instagram even if you don't live there, they do a lot of giveaways. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond to always able to fix our issues, we had some pretty unique ones too. Pool is pretty nice when it's warm weather, fitness center is pretty solid if you don't want to go all the way to the rec, study lounge was also used a ton by my roommates to print (for free) and avoid the noise of three other guys when they had work to do. Neighbors I know can change often but in our time our neighbors were cool and never had any issues with us, and we (admittedly) could be pretty loud sometimes. I know that is a lot but it is all good and wanted to share how great I feel about my decision living here. Cannot recommend enough to freshman moving out of the dorms, DO NOT move to the high rises."
"I'm not one to post reviews, but I have been exceptionally impressed by my time at Entrada Real...After I finished my freshman year at the U of A, I was presented with two options those being move back home (I'm a Tucson local) and live another year in the dorms. For me, both options weren't ideal and I practically begged my parents to let me live off campus and I just so happened to choose Entrada Real. My parents agreed to let me live at Entrada Real for three main reasons. The first being that the price is extremely reasonable, especially considering each unit is fully furnished, there's free parking, and there's a pool area and a gym. Second, our first encounter with the staff was not only resourceful and informative, but was warm and welcoming too. They have been nothing but attentive and respectful towards me and have always communicated as much as possible without being overbearing and annoying. Lastly, the location is wonderful considering how close campus is, as well as how close fourth ave and downtown Tucson are too. So, after living here for the past year, I can easily say that my expectations have been beyond exceeded. Therefore, I reluctantly renewed my lease for this upcoming year. With that being said, obviously no apartment complex or any living space is perfect, but I truly have little, if anything to complain about. The unit is fully furnished, has a nice sized kitchen, the rooms are quite spacious, I have my own bathroom, and there's even a private balcony. Not to mention that you get up to $25 each month (per person) for utilities. The complex has also been super quiet and has allowed me to focus on my studies, while still enjoying myself. Lastly, as a woman, I feel extremely safe living here. I haven't encountered any major issues whatsoever. I even got my friends to switch apartments and live here with me this coming year and they could not be more excited for it. In conclusion, I HIGHLY recommend looking into and potentially leasing at Entrada. I really cannot say enough good things about this place!"
