"They bait and switch everyone new with the same scam: they will show you an apartment for 480 then when you show up with the deposit, suddenly it's not available but they have the same one for hundreds more. SCAM #2: except for 8 2 bedroom units, all the apartments are identical BUT, they rent their "1 bedroom" apartments for $761 and their " studios" for 480. There is no difference except they remove the bedroom door and call it a studio. I lived here for 4 and a half years, NEVER late with rent, was a helpful friend to many people in need, trapped all the stay cats on the property and had them spayed or neutered and kept the entire courtyard outside my apartment groomed because their "landscapers" were worthless. I had 2 cats and no one ever said a word to me about them. Yet 3 days after my husband had his leg amputated I received a10 days notice due to an unauthorized dog. I provided the doctors note to them documenting that our dog was a service animal 3 days after the ten days and they took me to eviction court. We didn't have our handicapped license plate yet and had to park far from the courthouse and they entered a default judgment within 12 minutes of the hearing start time. We approached the manager with our documentation after the fact and she plainly stated "nope, nothing you can do". The lease states that, "unless a disability is plainly visible, you may be required to provide proof the animal is a service animal" , so we never should have had to give them anything. The manager, Donna LoPorto, is deceptive, unethical, overreaching and is in a sexual relationship with the maintenance man, Jose. I haven't had working smoke detectors for over a year. I have been witness to them falsifying evidence to evict people by accusing them of using drugs, thankfully that case never came to fruition but they did succeed in making those renters leave. I'm certain they operate illegally, although I'll refrain from detailing that here due to my intention to sue the pants off of them and the owner. They oppress their renters unnecessarily, excessively inspect peoples' apartments, violate renters' privacy and enter without notice. They stress out people with what seems to be the intention of making them use so they can terminate their lease and keep their deposits. They hired a security company, not too keep the tenants safe, but instead to harass people's guests and take pictures of tenants trying to live their lives in peace. The owner only cares about her bottom line and making sure she keeps reaping the benefits of federally subsidized apartment ownership. It's all so gross. Despicable. Worthy of a class action suit, Mary Ann (owner). They have no conscience and need to be stopped."

"They are a nice place to live. However you have to be sober to live in the complex and there are some people who use that have been allowed to stay but I was given a 30 day notice of intent to terminate rental agreement with no explanation & have not caused any problems."

"At first I thought it was a nice place to live. Sober living, close to my job, until my air conditioning started to leak in august. The maintenance man started to repair it but didn't finish the job because he left and went elsewhere to work. I've told the mgr upteen times to please fix it. Through time, it has got beyond worse. I have black mold very bad on the walls & restaurant style trash bags covering the area with duct tape. The mgr said I could hold off on rent due to the serious health issue. I was out of town in Chicago for a week because my brother had passed away. When I came home 3 days later the mgra d an eviction officer were at my door changoch the lick, & telling me I had to evict the apt asap. She also said that I had a court date on the 25 of October of 2018. I didn't receive anything from her or the courts stating I had missed a court date. The mgr said she left it in my door. I was out of town and there was no notice of eviction or a court date. And by law, when served an eviction notice, there has to be a court Marshall or sheriff to subpoena me & I have to sign for it. None of that was done. So now as we speak, I am currently in a hotel with none of my belongings trying to resolve this matter. The mgr is shady, does nothing what she says she's going to do, and she's a dingbat. Not management material. I wouldn't recommend that place to my worst enemy."

"Well i lived there about a year and a half ago for like two almost three years,and Alex the manager was amazing did her job very well. If I needed the maintenance they were always on point with there work. Only thing I had problems with were the neighbors doing drugs all the time cops there everyday and night ..Also needles out side by the trash .. some roaches once aND a while but other than those few things it WAS a good place to live ,very nice apartment I had I loved it. And their team and staff was always very professional and helpful when we needed them. But remember it is a SOBER LIVEING COMMUNITY!!!!! So rent at ur own RISK ."

"The whole place is infested with roaches and nobody will do anything about it. They just evict everyone and don't keep up with any maintenance whatsoever. My smoke detectors haven't worked in six months and my bathtub has been plugged up for another nine."
