"Refuses to do anything for tenants with BED BUG problem. They Are REFUSING to admit any fault in not responding until after being threatened with the BBB which have already been contacted. They think Tenants are Liable for INFESTATION on THEIR property. Law CLEARLY states Arizona, landlords are generally responsible for pest control, including infestations of insects, rodents, or vermin. This is considered a condition that affects health and safety. However, landlords are not responsible if the tenant's actions or omissions caused the problem. Tenants Have been there for x amount of YEARS and have not had any prior INFESTATION. Property management please find proper solution for this issue as it is your OBLIGATION to do so as a property management company."

"I applied to The Palisades and didn't get approved, which is fine. However, it was supposed to be two weeks to get my deposit back and we are going into a month a half. They said if the check is returned, a new one will be issued. I guess if it lost we will never get a reissued refund, that is if it was sent in the first place. I'm about to file a complaint against this company because enough is enough. We just want our money back so we can move and stop calling them."

"Since Scotia Group took over treehouse the place is going down. There’s bags of trash bwhind everydoor, people smoking everywhere and walking around in their underwear. They cant even keep the parking lot orgonized. Those who cant park betweek poles take up space of 4 cars instead of one and it’s concidered ok! There’s absolutelt no standards and people can break any rule and do everything and no one cares."

"To ensure your tenants are not ignored by your property manager, I advise against hiring this company. I've resided in this apartment building for the past three years. Scotia Group Management assumed management responsibilities approximately 5-6 months ago. Throughout my tenancy, I have been a responsible tenant, consistently paying my rent on time with no complaints from my neighbors. I have had a positive track record. However, three weeks ago, I submitted a request to the main Scotia Group Management office. After not receiving any response for an entire week, I decided to follow up, but unfortunately, I still did not receive any reply. It has now been three weeks, and despite multiple follow-ups, emails, etc to the main office, I have not received any response. The lack of acknowledgment is quite disappointing. I understand that they may not be able to fulfill my request, which is perfectly acceptable. What is unacceptable is the feeling of being ignored. This issue would never happen before Scotia Group Management took over the building's management. If you value responsive communication and do not want your tenants to feel disregarded by your property manager, I would advise against hiring this company."

"The managers are fine but the place is infested with roaches. They were coming out of the electrical outlets. And every crack and crevice. Eventually had to put tape over outlets. It was really disgusting. They said they would spray every few weeks but the buildings themselves are infested."
